ABOUT MATT MEECH

 

 

 After graduating from Newport Film School, Matt worked in Soho London as an assistant editor on commercials and music videos before moving to Bristol to work at Aardman Animations. For the last 15 years he has freelanced as an editor specialising in Natural History documentary. He has cut films for BBC, AppleTV+, Netflix, National Geographic and DisneyNature.

 

In recent years he has been a finalist multiple times for Best Editing at the Baftas and Emmys. Including Moment of the Year at the both Baftas and Broadcast Awards for 'Snakes Vs Iguana’ in Planet Earth II.
